Jesus is worthy of worship. It’s right and fitting that we’re called to live our whole lives in worship to Him. However, we often limit our view of worship to the 20 minutes allocated during a Sunday church service. In this breakout, Aaron Ivey will equip you with the tools to connect your Sunday worship with the worship across the rest of your life.
We want to be a city on a hill, shining our light and love to a world who desperately needs the good news and gospel hope of Jesus. Yet it seems that the ground is getting harder around us and belief becoming less and less common. How can we remain faithful witnesses to Jesus in an ever increasingly skeptical age? In this breakout, Mark Clark will teach from his book ‘The Problem of God’ which answers common challenges to Christianity.
The majority of our weeks are spent in the workplace, rubbing shoulders with people who don’t share our beliefs, and yet they share our need for Jesus. Led by Luke Nelson, this breakout will involve a panel of various faithful Christian employees who are seeking to be salt and light in their workplace and exhibit their faith in their work. There will be opportunity to ask questions and learn from the shared wisdom of fellow Christian brothers and sisters.
All of us have been placed in relationships for the purpose of shining the light and love of Jesus. But for the average Australian conversations about serious matters, let alone matters concerning Jesus and salvation, can be incredibly rare, difficult and awkward. Join Dave Miers, a gifted personal evangelist, as he unpacks some tools to help you in your search for opportunities and the conversations that follow.
